In Vital Life Project, we translate the science into simple, easy to implement recommendations that we take on as a group—supporting each other along the way.
Each week you’ll be invited to a live call (video optional) for all community members to gather in sacred space. This is an opportunity to connect face-to-face in real-time, and lean on your community for support as you walk the path of radical healing and reclamation. Monthly Subscription Members: Your first payment occurs on the day you enroll, and then you'll be billed on the same day every month thereafter.
Annual Subscription Members: Similar to the monthly subscription, your first payment occurs on the day you enroll, but you won't be billed again until the same day of the following year (should you choose to continue your membership).
There is no long-term commitment. Should you choose to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time and will not be billed again at the next billing cycle. Members can cancel their accounts any time within their settings after logging in without having to contact our team.
Monthly Subscription Members: We do not offer refunds for the monthly subscription. If you decide that the membership is not a good fit for you, simply cancel to avoid being billed again at the next billing cycle. Canceling your membership does not refund the current month’s payment (or previous month’s payment if you cancel before your current month’s billing date).
Annual Subscription Members: You have within 30 days of purchase to request a refund if the membership is not a good fit for you. A refund will also cancel your membership. Refunds are honored for annual subscriptions ONLY because a full year was paid for in advance.
As we continue to grow this community, membership fees may increase to cover the cost of operations. If you choose to cancel your membership, you may lose your current subscription rate and have to join again at our new subscription cost.
This is truly up to you! You may wish to consume all the content at once, or take your time moving through it slowly and deliberately. You might wish to spend more time connecting with others in our private MeWe group.
On average, our monthly content should take an hour or two per week to consume. That said, the focus of this membership is on implementation, at your own pace. So, you get to decide! You can’t fall behind as a Vital Life Project Member. The content and our community will be available with whatever window of time you have to commit.
Upon signing up, you’ll receive a unique login to our Vital Life Project membership platform, which you’ll be able to access anytime. Through this platform, you’ll have instant access to all the content already available in the member’s area, as well as upcoming announcements for live Circle events. Each Sunday, you’ll receive an email with any links you will need to join our live calls scheduled for the week.
We have members all over the world, so we try to select consistent times for our calls that would be convenient for most. Our calls are typically scheduled for 12PM, 4PM, and 7PM ET each week.
All live Circle calls featuring Kelly, Sayer, or a guest speaker are recorded and a replay is made available in our membership platform within 48 hours.
In order to allow for a sacred container for sharing and connection, Circle calls that are hosted by our community manager or members are not recorded. Instead, we offer two call times (12 pm EST and 7pm EST throughout the month) to enable greater live participation and accommodate members in different time zones. They continue to take place monthly, so if you cannot make either call, you are invited to attend the following month.
We share the concerns of many of our members regarding the safety of the Facebook platform. That’s why we have shifted to a new censorship-free platform called MeWe to host our community, where members can know that their personal information is safe. You can learn more about the platform here. This is a third-party platform, much like Facebook, that will require a separate (free!) registration after joining our membership.
A MeWe account is not required to make the most of your membership. You will always have access to our membership platform where you can access the content and implement it on your own accord. That said, discussion around the content, and meaningful support around its implementation does happen inside our private MeWe Group. It’s through this community that you’ll grow your connections and access a different level of healing that doesn't always show up in isolation.
Our live Vital Life Circle calls allow for real-time, face-to-face connection without the need for social media. However, if you wish to reap the benefits of community ongoing (accountability, personal support and encouragement, connection, etc.), you may consider creating a MeWe account solely for the membership.
In hopes of providing our members a safe space to gather and share, we do not allow members to promote their own products or services in our MeWe community.
We believe that being a part of a community of like-minded individuals is an essential part of walking this path. Even if you don’t have a chronic illness or suffer from daily symptoms, membership in the Vital Life Project community will keep you connected and grounded in your choices around health and wellness.
Many people reach out explaining that they already “live the life” through a wholesome diet and awareness of these lifestyle principles, but that they still feel like something is missing. In our opinion, the missing link is community. Joining the Vital Life Project community will connect you with like-minded wellness explorers and will remind you that you are not alone on this path.
The Vital Life Project is an ongoing membership that serves as a launch pad towards health reclamation, that can be consumed at your own pace. It is also focused around community engagement and support as a principle of health. The membership is not designed as a specific program or protocol that must be completed in a certain time frame. It is designed to meet you exactly where you are on your healing path.
Our Vital Mind Reset program is a deep dive into diet and lifestyle medicine. It is a 44-day formal protocol that requires strict adherence to diet, detox and meditation practices. It is also a one-time purchase that is delivered as a course. Vital Mind Reset lends itself to a readying for psychiatric medication tapers.
Vital Life Project does not include access to the comprehensive Vital Mind Reset protocol. However, many people do choose to continue on their healing journey by joining our Vital Mind Reset community.
We recommend completing the formal Vital Mind Reset protocol as a prerequisite to any consideration of medication taper. While the Vital Life Project membership and community are not specifically set up to support tapering, many individuals in the community have completed their own tapers. The individuals in our community could support you on your path to radical health reclamation if that is something you are looking for.
