Monthly Live Masterclasses

Each month focuses on a new pillar of health reclamation. Dr. Brogan’s live masterclasses will provide a deeper understanding of the evidence-based, holistic lifestyle interventions used to implement these pillars. She’ll also orient your mindset towards self-empowerment and belief in radical healing.

We engage the pillars of health reclamation through week-long challenges that we embark on as a community. Monthly Subscription Members: Your first payment occurs on the day you enroll, and then you'll be billed on the same day every month thereafter.

Annual Subscription Members: Similar to the monthly subscription, your first payment occurs on the day you enroll, but you won't be billed again until the same day of the following year (should you choose to continue your membership).

There is no long-term commitment. Should you choose to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time and will not be billed again at the next billing cycle.

Monthly Subscription Members: We do not offer refunds for the monthly subscription. If you decide that the membership is not a good fit for you, simply cancel to avoid being billed again at the next billing cycle. Canceling your membership does not refund the current month’s payment (or previous month’s payment if you cancel before your current month’s billing date).

Annual Subscription Members: You have within 30 days of purchase to request a refund if the membership is not a good fit for you. A refund will also cancel your membership. Refunds are honored for annual subscriptions ONLY because a full year was paid for in advance.

If you choose to cancel your membership, you will lose your Founding Member status and discounted subscription rate. You will have to join again at our regular subscription cost.

This is truly up to you! You may wish to consume all the content at once, or take your time moving through it slowly and deliberately. You might wish to spend more time connecting with others in our private Facebook group.

On average, our monthly content should take an hour or two per week to consume. That said, the focus of this membership is on implementation, at your own pace. So, you get to decide! You can’t fall behind as a Vital Life Project Member. The content and our community will be available with whatever window of time you have to commit.

Vital Life Project is a membership that encourages learning and taking action at your own pace. While we deliver content regularly, there is no obligation to complete the content as it’s released. We believe the key to sustainable and long-term implementation of these lifestyle habits relies on your ability to follow-through meaningfully, without rushing simply to “get it done.” Take your time. All the content will remain available to you within the platform, and you can revisit it when the time is right.

Upon signing up, you’ll receive a unique login to our Vital Life Project membership platform, which you’ll be able to access anytime. Through this platform, you’ll have instant access to all the content already available in the member’s area, as well as upcoming content as it gets released. Each time a new piece of content gets released, you’ll receive an email with links for easy access. Most content will be published in multiple formats (text, video, and audio) to make consumption easy and convenient.

Our Vital Life Masterclasses typically take place the first Wednesday of every month at 1pm EST.

Our Vital Life Q&A’s typically take place the third Wednesday of every month at 1pm EST.

Each event is live and takes place via Zoom. A replay is always made available within 48 hours and published to our membership platform.

All live calls (Q&A’s and Masterclasses) are recorded and a replay is made available in our membership platform within 48 hours. Replays are available via text, audio, and video for easy and enjoyable consumption.

A Facebook account is not required to make the most of your membership. You will always have access to our membership platform where you can access the content and implement it on your own accord. That said, discussion around the content, and meaningful support around its implementation does happen inside our private Facebook Group. It’s through this community that you’ll grow your connections and access a different level of healing that doesn't always show up in isolation. Our live Q&A calls allow for real-time connection without the need for social media, but if you wish to reap the benefits of community (accountability, personal support and encouragement, connection, etc.) you may consider creating a Facebook account solely for the membership.

We believe that being a part of a community of like-minded individuals is an essential part of walking this path. Even if you don’t have a chronic illness or suffer from daily symptoms, membership in the Vital Life Project community will keep you connected and grounded in your choices around health and wellness.

Many people reach out explaining that they already “live the life” through a wholesome diet and awareness of these lifestyle principles, but that they still feel like something is missing. In our opinion, the missing link is community. Joining the Vital Life Project community will connect you with like-minded wellness explorers and will remind you that you are not alone on this path.

The Vital Life Project is an ongoing membership that offers simple steps towards health reclamation, that can be implemented at your own pace. It is also focused around community engagement and support as a principle of health. There is no timeframe for completion and the content is designed to meet you exactly where you are on your path. 

Our Vital Mind Reset program is a deep dive into diet and lifestyle medicine. It is a 44-day protocol that requires strict adherence to diet, detox and meditation practices. It is also a one-time purchase that is delivered as a course. Vital Mind Reset lends itself to a readying for psychiatric meditation tapers.   

Vital Life Project does not include access to the comprehensive Vital Mind Reset protocol. However, many people do choose to continue on their healing journey by joining our Vital Mind Reset community.

The lifestyle principles outlined in this membership are not a substitute for Dr. Brogan's advanced protocol to support medication tapers. Dr. Brogan's protocol is not outlined in the Vital Life Project membership. We do not recommend members of the Vital Life Project community stop medication or change dosing of prescription medications or supplements without consulting a doctor. Should you wish to join a community for medication tapering support, please contact us at [email protected].

The membership does not include direct personal communication with Dr. Brogan or personalized medical advice from her or her team. Dr. Brogan will appear in Live Masterclasses and Q&A's, but will not offer personalized medical advice on these calls. 

One of the biggest questions we get about our comprehensive protocol is how parents can convince their child or teen to make such radical changes to their diet and lifestyle. We know this can be incredibly challenging simply because children and teens haven’t made the connection between self-care and their health. The simple steps of this membership are meant to show what is possible through lifestyle medicine before introducing a more structured protocol. We believe it’s a great place to start for our younger generation.

About Dr. Kelly Brogan

Kelly Brogan, M.D. is a holistic psychiatrist, and author of the New York Times bestselling book, A Mind of Your Own. She completed her psychiatric training and fellowship at NYU Medical Center after graduating from Cornell University Medical College, and has a B.S. from MIT in Systems Neuroscience. She is board certified in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and integrative holistic medicine, and is specialized in a root-cause resolution approach to psychiatric syndromes and symptoms.
