This is a new policy that begins with VMR registrations on May 11, 2022 and applies to Vital Mind Reset Self-Study, Vital Mind Reset Live, and Vital Mind Reset Certification.

The investment in Vital Mind Reset program is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason before, during, and after the program. Please also note that payment plan installments cannot be cancelled or refunded.

There is a type of person who invests in Vital Mind Reset. This person knows, beneath all of the conditioning, the shame, the hurt, the confusion, and the betrayal…that they are worthy. Monthly Subscription Members: We do not offer refunds for the monthly subscription. If you decide that the membership is not a good fit for you, simply cancel to avoid being billed again at the next billing cycle. Cancelling your membership does not refund the current month’s payment (or previous month’s payment if you cancel before your current month’s billing date).

Please note that we do not offer free, one-month, or one-year trials or subscriptions of the membership unless specifically noted. Only a cancellation for the following month is possible once an account is created. 

Starting in January 2023, new subscriptions will have a three month minimum. You will be charged $47 indefinitely. These subscriptions can be cancelled any time after the three month requirement is fulfilled. Please fill out our form here to request cancellation. 

Monthly memberships can be easily self-cancelled within member settings and it is not necessary to contact customer service for cancellation. 

Annual Subscription Members: You have within 30 days of purchase to request a refund if the membership is not a good fit for you. A refund will also cancel your membership. Refunds are honored within the first 30 days for annual subscriptions ONLY because a full year was paid for in advance. If you cancel your annual membership within your settings, you will have to contact customer service to request your refund. 

Please note that both the monthly and annual membership options are set for RECURRING charges. This means that you will be charged the fee of the membership either every month or every year, on or around the same day of your registration. Entering in your credit card at the time of registration is an authorization of these recurring charges and, like many online subscriptions, you may not receive a notification of an upcoming charge. It is not possible to sign up for a one month or year trial outside of clearly specified promotions. If you sign up for a 30-day free trial promotion, please note that entering in your credit card at the time of registration will indicate that you will be charged the following month and thereafter until the membership is cancelled. We do not keep track of member activity and because members can self-cancel within the settings tab at any time, we will not be able to issue refunds for periods of time the membership may not have been used.

Both monthly and annual payments made do not grant ownership of materials. Materials will only be available to those with active memberships.

3-Month Subscription Members: For this tier of VLP membership, we offer a partial refund of $300, which is the total price minus one month. You have within 30 days of registration to request this partial refund. This subscription will be completely non-refundable after 30 days of registration. Partial refunds are offered for pre-paid subscriptions only because monthly access is paid for in advance. We are not able to issue refunds for missed calls as recordings will always be available.

VLP Upgraded Members: Monthly payments, including VLP base price and $75 upgrade price, are non-refundable. Both 3-month and annual subscriptions are partially refundable within 30 days. Partial refunds for multi-month subscriptions will be the total paid minus one month of membership ($75). Partial refunds are not available after 30 days of upgrade. When this tier of membership is cancelled, your existing VLP membership will remain. Both memberships will require separate cancellation.

Please note that all membership options are set for RECURRING charges. Authorization for future charges is made at the time of registration. We are not able to issue refunds for any type of subscription for time it was not used.

Tickets purchased for Kelly's independent live virtual events are non-refundable once the event begins. We will not be able to issue refunds for missed events.

Recordings that are sold following these events are non-refundable.

Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. This includes both paying in full at the time of registration and our three-month payment plan. We do not offer partial refunds for missed calls or the option to only pay for individual months or calls part of the whole session.

However, if something comes up and you are not able to attend the entire session, we are happy to review refund/cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis up until 10 days prior to the first call.

Video/content/PDF libraries, or videos/content available for individual sale, are non-refundable.
