Visualization for a More Beautiful Reality

In times like these it is so easy to outsource our power to fear. In doing this, we forget that we create our reality through where we put our attention. How can we grow big enough to hold the fear, while empowering ourselves to embody a new reality?

In response to this, I recently shared a talk and meditation with members of my online community, Vital Life Project. It’s a visualization for a more beautiful reality, and is meant to help you access the creative force inside that is capable of rendering the impossible possible.

This is my gift to you. I hope it serves to reorient and inspire.

If you’re looking for more tools, resources and support, I encourage you to join us inside Vital LIfe Project. It is where we are gathering in intentional community to practice skills, like meditation, that will help us harness our individual and collective power.
